The website currently accepts enquiries for Personal Financing and Business Financing.
Does submitting the form guarantee approval?
No. An enquiry is only the beginning of the assessment process. Approval depends on eligibility, document verification, affordability, credit or risk checks, and the company’s applicable policies.
What information is required?
Personal applicants are asked for their name, identification number, phone or WhatsApp number, requested amount and financing purpose. Business applicants are also asked for the registered company name and registration number.
Will someone contact me?
Yes. An authorised team member may contact you using the details submitted in the application form.
Should I submit passwords or OTP codes?
No. Never submit online-banking passwords, card PINs, OTP codes or account login information through the website or WhatsApp.
How is my information used?
Information submitted through the website is used to review and follow up on your financing enquiry, communicate with you, maintain application records and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations.
